LEAGUE CITY, TX (KTRK) -- A power outage is disrupting classes on the second day of school at Clear Springs High School in League City.

The electricity went out across the entire school just 10 minutes after classes began at 7:20am.

CenterPoint Energy crews are on the scene trying to fix the problem, but there is currently no estimated time for the power to be restored. A spokesperson for Clear Creek ISD says students have been released for the day.

About two hours after the power went out, buses were available to transport students home.

The cause of the power outage has not been determined.
