The worst company, don't waist your time and money. After several false promises, I filed a claim with my credit company. That is the only way I got my money back.

I would not recommend ARI as a website provider. They made promises and then we found out that the SEO & SEM were separate packages which is why our website was not as visible as it was with our last provider. We contacted them to cancel over 30 days prior to our renewal date and we were not told there were any "special" requirements to cancel. I was told just to let them know and they would "take care of it". When I contacted them again to transfer our domain to our new website provider, they stated that we didn't cancel in writing so we were required to either stay with them for an additional year or to pay the next year in full but they did go ahead and cancel my services via a phone conversation. I was told that ARI "intends to vigorously enforce their contract" even though they cannot follow it themselves.

Our motorcycle business has been using ARI for a few years now, after signing up with them at one of the Motorcycle Dealer Shows in Indianapolis.
While we've gone through a few Account Managers, most not willing or wanting to help us out with designing pages (one told us to "hire a college kid to work on the Web pages"), our most recent Account Manager Cassi Anderson is incredible!
Cassi from ARI has really helped our motorcycle business create a better website experience for our clients. We've been working together over the past few months to create a more custom page for our URAL sidecars and create a custom order for with all the available options for our customers.
When Cassi sees an issue with our site that could use some updating she's sure to let us know so we can go over options on how to fix it and make it better. Any time we reach out, Cassi is sure to address our issue as quickly as possible.

I would not recommend ARI as a website provider. The initial salesperson was excellent and made a number of promises that he delivered on initially. Then he was gone. We were promised tons of functionality and the ability to update many aspects of the site ourselves which we were able do do much of initially. Then "technical issues" caused most of that ability to cease and we had to rely on ARI to make the updates. These updates typically took weeks to occur if they ever did. It was a constant revolving door of customer service reps. Many tried to be helpful but their support staff in the background failed to deliver time after time. We had numerous issues with the proper content being displayed. We finally hired another company to provide us a website that provided what we needed. When we went to end our relationship with ARI they then insisted that we had to payout the balance of our contract. We felt that seeing they did not fulfill their end of the contract we had no obligation to fulfill our end. After we finally were able to speak to someone higher up the ladder, we finally got to someone that obliged us. He told us they would let us out of the contract but we had to pay for an additional month from when we had notified them. After many harassing emails we unwillingly complied and paid the extra month to protect our integrity.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I've used multiple companies for websites and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. The customer service is terrible and the manager I spoke to was a very rude. Now I'm stuck with them for another year.

Horrible experience, slow or no customer service, poorly designed CMS that you can't update yourself in many many cases and ultimately post design process which was good, I can't say a single positive thing about our experience over the past year. What a waste of a few thousand dollars.

Very poor customer service. Recently our HME company needed to make some cuts. We were paying $300 a month to ARI for a generic website, with limited functionality to customize anything. We decided it was time to part ways. It took almost 1 whole month to get everything released back to us (including the domain name which my team had unknowingly given ARI the rights to our domain in 2017). This was poorly communicated to them in 2017 when the switch was made. We were without a website or e-mail for a whole month while I called/emailed their domain team with NO response...EVER. This was extremely unprofessional and has major implications on a small business. I would NEVER recommend to use them due to their off-boarding procedures (if they even have any). I was considering returning to them if the business turned around but now I would never due to the lack of help/professionalism on their end. Their technology is outdated and needs an overhaul.
