Indecency at McDonalds Not Southington Man's First Offense: Police
Dennis Dean has 9 past convictions for public indecency. He was allegedly staring at McDonald's female workers and touching himself.
A Southington man was arrested on a public indecency charge after allegedly sitting at a Middletown McDonalds with his pants down.
The Hartford Courant reported that Dennis Dean pulled his pants down and was touching himself while looking at female employees.
Dean reportedly left the scene but was traced to a halfway house after an employee wrote down his plate number. He was arrested for breach of peace and public indecency, then released on $10,000 bail.
