HAWKINS COUNTY, TN (WJHL) – Almost $40,000 in appliances were taken from a Hawkins County home this week, according to a Hawkins County Sheriff’s Office report.

Deputies responded a home on Beech Grove Road just after noon on Aug. 25, where they made contact with the homeowner.

She told police her father had recently moved out of the home and when she went to check on the home around 11:30 a.m. on Aug. 23, everything appeared to be ok.

The homeowner then returned two days later on Aug. 25 to find the windows busted out and numerous items taken from the home.

The following are the stolen items listed in the report:

  • Sauna
  • Hot tub
  • Heat pump
  • Generator
  • Refrigerator
  • Stove
  • Washer and dryer set
  • Microwave
  • Dishwasher
  • 3 bathroom sinks
  • Kitchen sink
  • 9 windows
  • 3 toilets
  • 4 doors
  • 29 cabinet doors
  • 17 interior doors
  • 7 light fixtures
