A Northern Kentucky mother spent most of her 27th birthday behind bars.Rebecca Cooper was arrested Saturday in Roselawn and charged with endangering children and drug possession.Watch this storyCincinnati police say Cooper overdosed on heroin in the Autozone parking lot on Seymore Avenue with her 3-year-old son in the car. They said they also found heroin in wrapping paper.This isn't the first time WLWT has reported on Cooper.She was arrested in 2012 for similar charges.Police said she had a 5-year-old child in the car with her when she crashed on I-75.Police said then she was also high on heroin.Bond for the recent charges was set at $5,000.Cooper was also ordered to stay away from her son.
