Nellie Campbell and her daughter, 14-year-old Savanna Cisneros, of Immokalee, arrived at Best Buy at 5:25 a.m. Friday to find they were the only ones in line at the Gulf Coast Town Center store.

Elizabeth Jervis, of Fort Myers, arrived 35 minutes later, joining the queue.

Nellie Campbell, of Immokalee, Elizabeth Jervis, of Fort Myers, and Savanna Cisneros, of Immokalee were the first people in line Friday morning at Best Buy at Gulf Coast Town Center. All hoped to snag a bundle that included a 40-inch TV, Xbox One and a Lego movie.

As the minutes ticked closer to 8 a.m., all were ecstatic they were going to get the 40-inch LED HDTV, Xbox 1 and a Lego Movie video game package for $500.

Cisneros and Campbell showed off their ticket noting they were first moments before the door opened. Campbell said the package is a gift from her oldest son, who lives in North Carolina. The parents will get the TV, and the Xbox will go to their youngest son.

Jervis held No. 2.

"We really need a TV, and this is a better deal," Jervis said.

About 60 people waited as Best Buy workers assigned them numbers.

Ignacio Jara of LaBelle said it was his first year waiting in line. He hoped to get discounts on DVDS.

Samuel Leconte, of Lehigh Acres, and friend Jumbari Paul, of Fort Myers, joined the line at 7 a.m. to score a pair of 40-inch televisions.

"It's my Christmas gift to me," he said. He said WalMart may beat Best Buy a little in price, but he was more confident Best Buy wouldn't run out of the TVs and he didn't have to fight the crowds.

"I have a better chance of getting something," he said. He also planned to pick up some headphones.

As the minutes winnowed, closing in at 8 a.m. Friday, the line at Best Buy, Gulf Coast Town Center, steadily grew.

Paul said he also stood in line at Best Buy on Black Friday 2013 to get  a television for his mother.

"This time it's for myself," he said.

Leconte and Paul each said their Black Friday shopping began and ended at Best Buy. They'll spend the rest of the day watching their new televisions.
