The venerable Birmingham advertising firm Luckie & Company has promoted two key members of its creative department. Luckie announced today that Stephanie Naman has been named vice-president and creative director and that Andy Odum has been named creative director.

Naman has 18 years of experience in advertising and previously served as associate creative director and creative director at Luckie, according to a news release from the firm.

"Stephanie constantly helps us raise the bar by challenging herself and others to do something better," Brad White, the firm's chief creative officer, said in the release. "She has made major contributions to practically every client and is a strong force in new business."

Odum has worked in advertising for 25 years as a copy writer, proofreader, traffic manager, account coordinator and account executive.

"Andy's work helps to make all of us look good, but I like Andy because he gets the connection between creative and business," White said. "He listens - to clients, to co-workers."

In addition to her work in advertising, Naman is a published author and is currently working on her second Chloe Carstairs mystery, titled "Murder in a Two-Seater," under the pseudonym Billie Thomas.

Luckie, founded in 1953, has offices in Birmingham, Atlanta and London and a list of clients including such firms as Marriott, Little Debbie, Brown-Forman, Express Oil Change, Regions Bank and Alabama Power.
