First Niagara Executive to be Panelist at Global Alpha Forum in Stamford, CT

Bruce Rogers, Regional Insurance Executive to participate on panel related to SEC Regulatory Environment for Hedge and Private Equity Funds

First Niagara Bank, N.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of KeyCorp (NYSE: KEY), today announced that Bruce Rogers, Regional Insurance Executive, will participate in a panel discussion entitled: “Managing Regulatory Risk – What happens when the SEC calls?,” at the 2016 Global Alpha Forum on October 6-7 in Stamford, CT.

The Global Alpha Forum is a global finance conference created by the Connecticut Hedge Fund Association that focuses on alternative investment opportunities through hedge funds, private equity, venture capital and real estate.

In addition to the panel on the SEC regulatory environment, this year’s topics include Cyber /Network Security, Energy investing, India – new opportunities, Institutional and Family Office investing strategies, global macroeconomics and emerging market outlooks for 2016.

Rogers, who serves as the Financial Services Practice Leader for First Niagara Risk Management in Norwalk, has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Additionally, he has more than two decades of experience in Hedge Fund, Private Equity Fund and Asset Management, where he designs customized insurance programs that protect Fund Managers and Fund assets from risks associated with investor litigation and regulatory investigation.
