The Long Beach Community College District Board of Trustees elected Doug Otto as new president and Irma Archuleta as vice president during their meeting Tuesday night.
The two will serve in their positions for one year.
Otto, who will replace Trustee Jeff Kellogg in the president’s role, was elected as trustee for District 4 in 2004. Archuleta was appointed last year as District 2 trustee.
