In trading on Thursday, the iShares U.S. Home Construction ETF (ITB) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1.8% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Builders Firstsource (BLDR), up about 3.9% and shares of Beazer Homes USA (BZH), up about 3.8% on the day.
And underperforming other ETFs today is the Junior Gold Miners ETF (GDXJ), down about 6.1% in Thursday afternoon trading. Among components of that ETF with the weakest showing on Thursday were shares of Harmony Gold Mining (HMY), lower by about 12.1%, and shares of Asanko Gold (AKG.CA), lower by about 9.7% on the day.
