Voting Results From SEMAFO Inc.'s Annual Meeting of Shareholders

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - May 14, 2013) - SEMAFO Inc. (SMF.TO)(SMF.ST) announced voting results from its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on Monday, May 13, 2013. A total of 146,862,371 common shares or 53.7% of our issued and outstanding common shares were represented in person or by proxy at the annual meeting.

Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business, including election of each director nominee by a majority as follows:
