OGE Energy elects board members

OKLAHOMA CITY – OGE Energy Corp. shareholders elected 10 members to one-year terms on the board of directors Thursday at the annual meeting in Oklahoma City.

The board members are Frank A. Bozich, former president of BASF; James H. Brandi, former managing director of BNP Paribas Securities Corp., UBS Securities and Dillon, Read & Co.; Luke R. Corbett, former chairman and CEO of Kerr-McGee Corp.; John D. Groendyke, chairman of the board and CEO of Groendyke Transport Inc.; David L. Hauser, former chief financial officer of Duke Energy; Kirk Humphreys, chairman and manager of the Humphreys Co. and former Oklahoma City mayor; Robert O. Lorenz, retired partner of the Arthur Andersen; Judy R. McReynolds, president and CEO of ArcBest Corp.; Sheila G. Talton, president and CEO of Gray Matter Analytics; and Sean Trauschke, chairman, president and CEO of OGE Energy.

The OGE Energy board of directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of 27.5 cents per common share of stock to be paid July 29 to shareholders of record on July 8.
