Citigroup upgraded its rating on shares of Allstate Corp. (ALL) Tuesday morning to "Neutral" from "Sell."

Allstate gapped open higher Tuesday and is now up 1.32 at $64.08. The stock is now challenging the upper end of a 1-month range.
