Job openings at Frontier Communications

Frontier Communications is looking to fill 60 full-time collections consultant positions, and two collections supervisor slots in the Hudson Valley.

The jobs will be based in the company’s Middletown office. The new hires will assist Frontier’s customer account operations across a 28-state service area. The workers will also play a role in the billing support connected with Frontier’s acquisition of Verizon Communications’ wire-line businesses in California, Florida and Texas.

Frontier said the new hires will need to have schedules flexible to working days, nights and weekends. There will be opportunities for overtime.
