Foresight Financial Group Inc. to acquire State Bank of Herscher

ROCKFORD — Foresight Financial Group Inc. and Hershare Financial Corporation recently signed an agreement for the acquisition by Foresight from Hershare of 100 percent of the capital stock of the State Bank of Herscher.

Following the completion of the transaction, Foresight will have over $1.05 billion of assets, six independently chartered subsidiary banks and 14 branch offices located within Illinois.
