HOUSTON – KBR has agreed to form a joint venture in Kuala Lumpur with BIV Builders, to be known as KBIV.
This will combine the two companies’ capabilities to deliver what KBR describes as “innovative and competitive engineering, project delivery, and asset program management solutions.”
Through using the services ofKBR’s subsidiary Granherne, KBIV will be able to service the full spectrum of the hydrocarbons life-cycle, the company adds, both in Malaysia and elsewhere in the region, from field development planning through engineering to project delivery and asset services.
