Automated rental processing platform launches in UK this month

An automated rental transaction processing that has high-profile agency users around the world is set to launch in the UK later this month.

PayProp - used overseas by Century 21, RE/MAX, Sothebys, Pam Goulding and other high-profile agencies - claims to automate online payments, reconciliation systems and invoicing.

“The [UK] private rental sector alone is set to grow from 18 per cent to 35 per cent by 2032, and PayProp can provide further upside by transforming the way property managers work” claims Shawn Brown, who is heading up the UK operation.

The system, which has the backing of NFOPP and conforms with its guidelines, offers real-time transaction monitoring and reconciliation, the recording of client monies, an audit log for client protection and on-demand accessibility of all records.

PayProp was launched in 2004 by two brothers, Johannes and Jaco van Eeden. It is today an established international business that processes over £300m annually in 25m automated transactions.

Since inception, the platform has processed payments relating to more than 200,000 properties.
