Las Vegas, NV - July 31, 2013 - Uranium Hunter Corporation (OTC Pink: URHN), a uranium and gold mining company wishes to provide an update of the Company?s activities to date to keep the market informed as to its progress.

All three projects that the Company previous announced: The Cuyuni project in Guyana, South America, the Sierra Leona project and the Kette region project in Cameroon of West Africa are all still positive prospects with good profitability due to the low cost nature of extraction even with the depressed price of gold.

The Company is in the process of looking at different means of raising the capital necessary to move forward on all three projects.

The funding arrangement that the Company announced earlier this year with First Swiss International Group AG has been terminated due to missed targets. We are hopeful that alternative funding arrangements can be entered into under favorable terms with First Swiss or another lender.

The fundamentals of the projects are sound and the prospects are extremely positive.

To recap the three projects:

Cuyini Mining

This is our primary project which is located in the Cuyuni Basin in Guyana, South America. It is well known for its mineralization.

Cameroon, Africa

This is the concession in the Kette region of Cameroon. This concession is located in the Eastern region of Cameroon near the border of the Central African Republic. This concession is considered to be a major host body for gold in the region based on historical data that is available from the many village elders.

Sierra Leone, Africa

The company had previously entered into a LOI with St. Watson Mining Company Sierra Leone, Ltd. (SWMC or St. Watson) to joint venture with them on their gold concessions in Sierra Leone. The LOI has since expired but we have a good relationship with the SWMC people and are positive that we can revisit and re-institute the agreement under the same terms and conditions as before once new funding has been arranged.

In addition we are continuing to look for more properties in both South America and Africa to enhance and grow our business.

The last quarter has been particularly challenging for the mining industry and in particular junior mining companies such as ours. But our fundamentals are sound and the future is very promising. We are committed to making this a very successful company with strong underlying assets and good positive growth.
