Smart ARM-based low-power 32-bit microcontrollers

Using the low-power microcontrollers use the 32-bit ARM Cortex -M0+ processor, Atmel's ATSAMD1X SMART ARM-based microcontrollers are now stocked by Mouser. The ATSAMD1X range from 14 to 24 pins with up to 16KB flash and 4KB of SRAM. They operate at a maximum frequency of 48MHz and reach 2.14 Coremark/MHz. They are designed for simple and intuitive migration with identical peripheral modules, hex compatible code, identical linear address map and pin compatible migration paths between all devices in the product series, says the company.
