The celebrations began after the match ended. The best buddies hugged and Ambrose, true to his word congratulated Reigns on being the better man. Even Triple H came to congratulate Reigns but got speared instead. It was at that moment the 2015 Money in the Bank winner Sheamus cashed in his contract and win the Championship.

It is the second time that Roman Reigns has been ousted by the use of Money in the Bank contract. Seth Rollins used his Money in the Bank contract to win WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Roman Reigns and Brock Lesner at Wrestlemania 31 in April this year.

Aside from this main event finale, Survivor Series was the celebration of Undertaker’s 25th Anniversary in the WWE. The Phenom teamed up with his brother Demon Kane to defeat the Wyatt Family members Bray Wyatt and Luker Harper in a tag team bout. After the match, the audience gave a standing ovation to the legend.

In other matches, the WWE Divas Championship didn’t change hands and Charlotte made her opponent Paige tap out in the contest by her submission move Figure of Eight. Now, how will the WWE’s creative team go forward with the current storylines will be revealed in the upcoming Raw episode.
