Danaher (NYSE: DHR) reported Q1 EPS of $1.08, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $1.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.39 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.33 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Danaher sees Q2 2016 EPS of $1.19-$1.23, versus the consensus of $1.24.

Danaher sees FY2016 EPS of $4.05-$4.98, versus the consensus of $4.88.
