Throw on your walking shoes, jump in the car, or hop on your bike (with a helmet, of course.) It’s time to embrace your inner explorer and discover one of the newest treasures in Irvine: Beacon Park, the second of the Great Park Neighborhoods.

Now offering an eclectic assortment of homes and an award-winning living experience unlike any other in Southern California, Beacon Park is the place where families can grow, friendships are made, and bike rides are encouraged. From condos to single-family residences priced from the low $600,000s to the high $1,000,000s, Beacon Park offers something for everyone. Plus, with Beacon Park as the only neighborhood in Orange County adjacent to the Orange County Great Park, residents are adjacent to 1,300 acres complete with gardens, weekly farmers markets, and an arts complex.

New home collections are being offered from ten premier homebuilders including D.R. Horton, K. Hovnanian Homes, Lennar, Pulte Homes, Richmond American Homes, Ryland Homes, Shea Homes, Standard Pacific Homes, Taylor Morrison and Warmington Residential. With square footage from approximately 1,400 to over 4,600, and homes spanning from single story to three stories, Beacon Park homes range from 2 to 6 bedroom designs, some with optional guest suites, dual master bedrooms, and lock-off suites.

Beacon Park encourages discovery and excitement with miles of walkable and bikeable streets, and a large outdoor sports court. Additional neighborhood amenities include a pool and spa, bocce court, the Meeting House and Patio with outdoor kitchen, children’s play areas, and an expansive lawn. Also ready for exploration is The Lookout, a unique and elaborate tree house inviting guests to rest in the shade and enjoy a beautiful view overlooking the neighborhood park and Orange County Great Park.

In addition, Beacon Park guests will benefit from new neighborhood schools, providing convenient access to the award-winning education offered by the Irvine Unified School District. Opening in the 2016-2017 academic year is K-8 Beacon Park School and Portola High School, which will open to an incoming freshman class.

Visit Beacon Park between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. To arrive, take the I-5 South and exit off Sand Canyon Avenue in Irvine. Continue on Sand Canyon Ave. to Irvine Blvd. and take a right. Then, make a right on Ridge Valley and follow the signs for Beacon Park. The neighborhood can also be conveniently accessed by taking 133 North Toll Road to the Irvine Blvd. exit, then proceeding east to Ridge Valley.
