Syracuse Football: Orange Bowl Destinations Could Include Detroit, Orlando or New Orleans?

Each week, the Syracuse Orange seem to add another believer that they're headed to a bowl game. ESPN's ACC Blog bought in weeks ago. And last week, ESPN.com's main page predictions had one (Mark Schlabach) of two predictors pegging the Orange in a bowl.

This week, Syracuse grabs the other side of that duo, Brett McMurphy, aboard the "Orange are going bowling" bandwagon. Your rundown of predictions:

ESPN's ACC Blog: Quicklane Bowl

Mark Schlabach (ESPN): AutoNation Cure Bowl vs. Appalachian State

Brett McMurphy (ESPN): R+L Carries New Orleans Bowl vs. UL-Lafayette

Still no love from CBS Sports or SB Nation. Perhaps a fourth win this week converts them? By that point, SU would have seven games to pick up two wins, and with the slate looking increasingly manageable given the nonsense going on around the ACC, it could be tough to ignore the Orange.

... Of course, all these are just pointless projections for the time being. The most important thing is just getting that sixth win, and then going from there.
