An argument between customers at a Stapleton restaurant ended with a man transported to a hospital after being shot in the leg, Denver Police said Sunday.
The argument broke out at a Buffalo Wild Wings near East 36th Avenue and Rosemary Street just after 10 p.m. Saturday, said Doug Schepman, police spokesman.
The fight moved outside and someone shot the man. His injuries aren’t life threatening, Schepman said.
“Detectives are developing suspect information, so right now I can only confirm there were two male suspects involved who fled the area in a vehicle,” Schepman said. A vehicle description isn’t available at this time.
People who were inside the restaurant near Quebec Street and East 36th Avenue told Denver7 they “ran for their lives” after hearing the shots.
