This is a legal mess even The Wolf can’t clean up.

Actor Harvey Keitel filed a lawsuit against a Wall Street stock brokerage firm in Manhattan Supreme Court Monday — alleging he was stiffed out of a $1.5 million commercial deal.

The actor who played underworld fix-it man Winston (The Wolf) Wolfe in “Pulp Fiction” inked a contract for a series of three E*Trade commercials, the suit said.

But the firm changed its mind and dumped him — choosing to film their TV spots with “House of Cards” star Kevin Spacey instead, the court papers claimed.

E*Trade really wanted to hire Christopher Walken, who turned the company down twice, according to the legal papers.

The stock firm offered Keitel, 76, a $150,000 kill fee, he said in the lawsuit.

But the actor maintains the original deal was “firm and binding.”

Keitel is seeking the full $1.5 million plus interest and legal fees, the suit said.

E*Trade famously used a talking baby for several years to shill for the brokerage. That popular campaign was stopped last year.

In the new commercials, Spacey urges people to use the firm to spot trends and diversify their portfolios.

Keitel, who grew up in Brighton Beach, supported himself as a court reporter before getting his big break in 1973 alongside Robert De Niro in “Mean Streets.”

The actor’s agent in Los Angeles, contacted by the Daily News, declined to comment.

E*Trade’s press office did not return calls seeking comment.
