Prologis lists M1 Business Park as a notable acquisition
Prologis listed the acquisition of Hungarian M1 Business Park in the first half of this year as a notable acquisition, the real estate firm said today in a press release.
As a result of its active investment strategy over the last six months, Prologis CEE acquired six buildings totaling more than 97,000 sqm, including M1 Business Park, which amounts to 69,105 sqm across five buildings and is located 23 kilometers west of Budapestʼs city centre; the park has been renamed Prologis Park Budapest M1, the press release said.
Notable transactions for the first half include 15,900 sqm at Prologis Park Budapest M1 (pictured) with an electronics manufacturer, the press release said.
