CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) — Erie County Sheriff’s deputies say they found a man sleeping in a Rite-Aid bathroom and arrested him on drug charges.
Deputies say they found Alden resident Joshua Dunn, 29, with crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia at the Clarence store Monday night.
He was first found there by store employees.
Dunn was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and committed to the Erie County Holding Center on $250 bail.
