Offshore staff
LAFAYETTE, Louisiana –C & C Technologies has agreed to be acquired by Oceaneering International Inc. The transaction is anticipated to be completed in early April 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.
C & C Technologies, a provider of survey and mapping services, will retain its name and continue to be headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Oceaneering is exhibiting at booth #418 at theTopsides, Platforms & Hulls Conference & Exhibition.
