McKesson revenue totals $49.7B for Q1 2017

In the first quarter of fiscal year 2017, ended June 30, McKesson reported 5 percent revenue growth year-over-year, totaling $49.7 billion.

McKesson also reported a gross profit of $2.9 billion for the quarter, up 2 percent from $2.85 billion in the same period of the year prior.

"McKesson's first-quarter operating results represent a solid start to the fiscal year, consistent with our expectations," said John Hammergren, chairman and CEO of McKesson.
