Xylem Inc. (XYL) Is Heading Lower After CFO Resigns

Xylem Inc. (XYL) announced after the close Monday that Michael T. Speetzen, its Senior Vice President and CFO, has resigned effective July 30, 2015. Shashank Patel will serve as interim CFO while the company searches for a permanent replacement. The stock is now down 1.21 on 6K shares.

Xylem gapped up slightly Monday and climbed for the bulk of the afternoon. The stock finished higher by 0.67 at $36.06.
