UniCredit SpA Chief Executive Officer Federico Ghizzoni is embarking on the biggest management revamp since he took over five years ago as investors urge Italy’s biggest lender to revive profit.

Chief Risk Officer Alessandro Decio may join General Manager Roberto Nicastro in leaving the company or be assigned to another role as part of a shakeup that will be discussed at a board meeting as the bank reports earnings on Aug. 5, said a person familiar with the discussions, who asked not to be identified because the plan is not public yet.
