Art. 56 par. 1 item 2 of the Public Offering Act - current and interim submissions Report content:The Management Board of Dom Development S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") announces, acting pursuant to § 34 par. 1 item 1) of the Regulation by the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and interim submissions by security issuers and the conditions for recognizing information required by law of a non-member state as the equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 133), that it received a message from the Operations Department of the National Depository for Securities dated 30 May 2016 stating that pursuant to resolution No. 346/16 of the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities dated 27 May 2016, 11,320 ordinary bearer shares of the Company (including 10,320 U and 1,000 V series shares) will be registered under the code PLDMDVL00012 by the National Depository on 1 June 2016.
Accordingly, 24,782,592 ordinary bearer shares of Dom Development S.A. will be registered under PLDMDVL00012 as of 1 June 2016.
