CH Robinson Worldwide : C.H. Robinson 3-Peats with Walmart 3PL Award

EDEN PRAIRIE, MN (June 22, 2017)- For the third time in a row, Walmart presented C.H. Robinson with its Third Party (3PL) Carrier of the Year award for demonstrating 'a dedication to customer service and a commitment to creating innovative solutions in an evolving, yet extremely important, business.'

C.H. Robinson and Walmart have worked together since 1991. Walmart stated in an award letter that it values working with C.H. Robinson management, administrative and transportation teams.

'Our dedicated account team works hard to ensure quality performance for Walmart, providing visibility and evolving as needed,' said Michael Gore, key account manager at C.H. Robinson.

This honor is designated to companies that provide support to Walmart stores, Sam's Club locations and distribution centers located throughout the United States.

'It's incredibly motivating to be honored with this accolade for the third time due to the efforts our team pours into Walmart's supply chain initiatives. We are constantly reminding ourselves that we need to stay hungry by engraining a cultural mentality that insists entitlement is unacceptable,' said Gore. Walmart executives presented C.H. Robinson leadership with the award on June 20 and said collaborating with companies like C.H. Robinson is essential to achieving their transportation goals.
