Deputies uncover $100K in stolen motorcycles, parts

The Jasper County Sheriff’s office said Joel Case, 37, is charged with first-degree theft.
Officials with the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office, Pleasant Hill Police Department and the Iowa State Patrol Motor Theft Division executed a search warrant Tuesday for stolen property at a storage location in Pleasant Hill.
Authorities said over $100,000 in motorcycles and parts that were previously reported stolen were recovered at the storage unit.
Case was arrested and transported to the Jasper County Jail by deputies.
