Apartment Investment & Management Co. Earnings Retreat 85% In Q3

Apartment Investment & Management Co. (AIV) revealed a profit for third quarter that fell compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line declined to $19.18 million, or $0.12 per share. This was lower than $124.71 million, or $0.85 per share, in last year's third quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 0.2% to $246.39 million. This was down from $246.84 million last year.
