Palo Alto Networks (PANW) Rose To A 2-Month High On Strong Q1 Results

Palo Alto Networks (PANW) reported first quarter non-GAAP EPS of $0.35 after the close Monday, compared to $0.15 in the previous year. Analysts expected EPS of $0.32 Second quarter non-GAAP EPS is expected to be between $0.38 and $0.39. The consensus estimate is for EPS of $0.38.

Palo Alto Networks gapped open higher Tuesday and climbed during the first hour of trade. The stock was range-bound for the remainder of the session and closed up by 10.83 at $182.85 on the highest volume of the year. Palo Alto Networks climbed to a 2-month high.
