Although Jill Duggar and her husband Derick Dillard claim to be happy and madly in love in their marriage, fans can't help but wonder if there is something going on with the couple behind closed doors. In fact, some of Jill's social media account followers have noticed a change in Derick's appearance, sparking rumors that he might either be ill or very stressed over the Duggar family's long laundry list of scandals that have been exposed in the last several months.

Jill shared a new photo of Derick along with their 7-month-old son Israel David on her Instagram account this week and simply captioned it with, "This little guy loves his papa! @derickdillard."

Many of her followers commented almost immediately with, "Derrricks look has changed so much.. Look in previous photos posted by Jill.. Is he sick or something. He keeps changing and looks very unwell," while another wrote, "Yeah maybe all the guilt from lying and begging for money to support their so called missionary is getting to him."

Another critic wrote, "Derick lost a lot of weight. He does look sickly! Needs to gain some weight and muscle... Looking like skin and bones."

So far, neither Jill nor Derick have responded to any of the comments. The couple has been heavily criticized for supposedly using donation money for their personal purposes instead of their missionary work in Central America.
