Castellum Selected as One of Two Partners to Produce New Logistic Center on Hisingen

Castellum AB has, through its wholly owned subsidiary Eklandia Fastighets AB, been selected as one of two partners to produce a new logistic center on Hisingen, Gothenburg, of a kind currently not available.

The plant will be located adjacent to the Port of Gothenburg. Eklandia has been assigned land which allows new construction of up to 75,000 sq.m. The land is leased until the start of the new construction.

Castellum is, through the subsidiaries, the largest logistic owner in Sweden.

"It's interesting for us to participate in the construction of this large logistics plant in the best location," says Henrik Saxborn, CEO of Castellum AB. "I believe we were selected thanks to our role as long-term property owner and our knowledge and experience, which we are proud of."

Aspholmen Fastigheter AB, has started a new construction of 4,300 sq.m. office premises at Drottningparken in Örebro, close to the city and South Station. The investment is estimated to SEKm 100 and to be completed in April 2016. Lease contracts are signed for 40% of the building.
