DOTHAN: Moments ago Dothan 911 dispatched Dothan Police to Kohl's on Montgomery Highway.
A black male suspect had clothes on under his clothes. There was a vehicle in the parking lot.
As the Dothan Police Officer arrived the black male suspect fled on foot. The femlae Dothan Officer called in a foot chase of the male suspect. The officer apprehended the suspect in the parking lot.
Dothan Police are on the scene investigating the theft and foot pursuit.
The suspect vehicle had Florida license plates.
