Motorola Solutions Inc. (MSI) Is Pulling Back After Weak Q3 Profit

Motorola Solutions Inc. (MSI) reported third quarter EPS from continuing operations of $0.63 Wednesday morning, compared to $0.27 last year. Analysts expected EPS of $0.73. Fourth quarter adjusted EPS is expected to be between $1.45 and $1.50. The consensus estimate is for EPS of $1.57.

Motorola Solutions gapped open lower Wednesday and has continued to decline on above average volume. Shares are now down 5.43 at $65.93. The stock has dropped to a 2-month low and has fallen below its 50-day moving average.
