Teen retailer Five Below to open in Louisville

Five Below, the extreme-value retailer catering to pre-teens, teens and beyond announced on Wednesday its initial entry into Kentucky with the opening of its first stores in Louisville on Friday, March 20th.

The stores will be located in Jefferson Commons at 4901 Outer Loop and Middletown Commons at 13401 Shelbyville Road.

The two approximately 7,500 square foot, stores will carry items such as cell phone cases and chargers, remote control cars, yoga pants, graphic tees, nail polish, baseball and soccer balls, all priced at $5 and below.

To celebrate the grand openings, the stores will host a weekend-long celebration with special giveaways and deals, including five-cent hot dogs served Friday and Saturday.
