Luminex Corp. (Nasdaq: LMNX) increased its offer for Nanosphere Inc.
(Nasdaq: NSPH) from $1.35 per share to $1.70 per share in cash. Shares
of Nanosphere climbed 36 cents to $1.67 while Luminex stock slipped a
penny to $19.86.
