What are the chances of Ronda Rousey against a 50-year-old former UFC Super Heavyweight in case they do push through with the crazy idea of fighting one another inside the Octagon?

Though the whole thing seems wild beyond imagination, the best bet is that even with Ronda Rousey’s skills that has led many to consider her as one of the dangerous women in the world, may not stand a chance against a big guy who weighs about 255-pounds.

To recall, it wasn’t long ago when Tank Abbott went on a rant that women had no place in the Octagon. At that time, it was really more of a word war between Rousey and undefeated American boxer Floyd Mayweather which eventually spilled onto to the idea of both figures getting it on inside the Octagon.

Of course, the whole matter was considered a crazy idea that may not happen, seeing a man taking on a woman. But just the same, many felt that Mayweather didn’t stand a chance. Among them was UFC president Dana White who believes that Rousey would handle Mayweather like a rag doll in case a tiff would for some reason materialize.

Then comes Abbott who issued a challenge to Rousey, saying that he would put up $100,000 if Rousey would defeat him. If on the other hand he beats the UFC Women’s Bantamweight champion, Rousey would have to make him a sandwich.

“I don’t care, I will fight any woman on this Earth for free. I won’t even train,” he said on his podcast via the Huffington Post. “I will fight you and if I win, which is going to happen, and you’re going to get bashed up good, you have to make me a sandwich. If you win, I’ll give you a hundred thousand dollars.”

Despite Abbott’s claims, there is one man who believes that he won’t stand a chance against Rousey – Tito Ortiz.

The retired UFC fighter believes that Rousey would simply destroy the UFC legend and that what he was putting on the table was more of a death wish.

It remains to be seen how Abbott would respond to this claim though it should be good to note that Abbot seemed to have intoxicated at that time when he issued the formal challenge to Rousey.

Ronda Rousey is set to take on Holly Holm at UFC 193 this coming November 14 at the Etihad Stadium in Melbourne, Australia where she is once again the heavy favorite to come out the winner.
