The US DOC announced it will postpone preliminary determinations in the antidumping case against cut-to-length steel plate imports from Austria, Belgium, Brazil, China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, South Korea, South Africa, Taiwan and Turkey.
The initial investigation, launched in April 2016, was scheduled to produce preliminary determinations no later than September 15, 2016, but on August 15, 2016, petitioners ArcelorMittal USA, Nucor and SSAB requested a postponement.
The new deadline for the preliminary determinations is November 4, 2016, and the deadline for final determinations will continue to be 75 days after the preliminary results are released, unless the final results are also postponed at a later date.
