On July 1, 2015, Asta Funding, Inc. issued a press release announcing it is in compliance with Nasdaq reporting requirement. The Company has filed all its outstanding Securities and Exchange (“SEC”) reports and is current upon filing the Report on Form 10-K for fiscal year 2014 and Reports on Form 10-Q for the first two quarterly periods of fiscal year 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
