Insurance Technologies appoints Doug Massey

Insurance Technologies, an automation firm catering to the insurance and financial industries, recently announced the appointment of veteran Doug Massey to the post of senior vice president of sales.

Under his new capacity as sales team leader, Massey will oversee operational performance and undertake initiatives to drive growth through sales strategies for the products in the company’s portfolio.

An industry veteran, Massey has over two decades of experience in the insurance and technology industries. Insurance Technologies is particularly hoping to tap into his expertise in consultative leadership.

He has extensive experience in business development, strategic planning, and solution engineering. He has also held several executive positions in insurance, technology, and consulting firms including Ebix, Capital Rock, and LexisNexis.

“Doug has been a leading contributor in the sale and delivery of sales automation software in the life and annuity markets. He brings solid industry experience and relationships, as well as a key understanding of the needs and workings of carriers and distributors to Insurance Technologies,” said the company’s chief executive David Fenimore.
