Bemis Foundation assists Tri-County Ice Arena

Bemis Co. Foundation recently awarded a $1,000 gift to Appleton Ice Inc. to assist with the cooling system project at the Tri-County Ice Arena.

The Tri-County Ice Arena is the home to the Fox Cities Stars, Neenah/Hortonville/Menasha Rockets, Fox Valley Youth Hockey Association, Valley Figure Skating Club and multiple family and adult recreational activities including broomball, learn to skate and public open skating.

The grant will assist Appleton Ice purchase a new chilling tower and compressor prior to the season starting in mid-September.
