Brown Gibbons Lang & Company announced in a press release the sale of Fleming County Hospital to LifePoint Health.
BGL served as the financial advisor for the transaction, according to the press release.
The Flemingsburg-Kentucky-based, 52-bed hospital employs over 250 staff members.
LifePoint Health oversees community hospitals, regional health systems, physician practices, outpatient and post-acute services.
The specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
