NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Two Dollar General stores in Davidson County are robbed at gunpoint just two days apart.
Two armed gunmen robbed the Dollar General at 2214 Hobson Pike in the Priest Lake area at 6:30 p.m. on February 14. On Feb. 16, the Madison Dollar General at 3852 Dickerson Pk. is robbed by a single gunman just after 8:30 p.m.
The clerks in both stores complied with the robbers, who escaped. The Madison suspect left in a four-door sedan.
Police say the suspects in the south Nashville incident are possibly teens or in their early 20s. The suspect in the Madison robbery wore a dark zip-up hoodie and a Jacksonville Jaguars hat.
Surveillance photos have been released in both robberies. If anyone recognizes the suspects, they are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463.
It is unknown at this time if police believe the incidents could be related.
