Nominations for CX Impact Awards Closing August 24

The Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), the premier global non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement and cultivation of the Customer Experience profession, invites the public to submit nominations for its annual CX Impact Awards by August 24. Winners will be announced at the annual CX Day celebration on October 5.

CX Impact Awards recognize individuals who exemplify excellent customer experience and make an impact on their organizations and customers. These awards showcase customer- and employee-focused professionals from all backgrounds and industries, front line to senior leaders, who have successfully led or supported initiatives and accomplished specific customer experience goals. Nominations can be made on the CX Day website, where previous winners are also posted.

Nomination submissions should consider:

  • What achievements or contributions has the nominee made to the business, customers and/or the field of customer experience?
  • What measurable impact has the nominee made on the team or organization?
  • How does the nominee stand out from the crowd? Any in-house or customer recognition should be included.
  • What steps has the nominee taken to develop his or her knowledge and application of the CX competencies?

CX Day, now in its third year, was created by the CXPA as a global celebration of the companies and professionals that create great experiences for their customers. The festivities include public events in major cities around the world, organizational celebrations, online educational sessions, social media conversations and more. Interested organizations are encouraged to become involved – the CXPA offers resources for event organizers and a range of sponsorship opportunities.

In addition to CX Day, CXPA initiatives include the industry's first Certification Program, the CCXP (Certified Customer Experience Professional); a members-only CXPA Community Forum; the CX Experts panel; the highly regarded Mentor Match program; and numerous local networking events that take place among dedicated CX professionals eager to expand their knowledge and professionalism.
